Why I love my job
“I had never worked in IT before TTC gave me an opportunity. Since then, I have been exposed to many interesting people and technologies that have helped me to exercise and develop my soft and hard skills.
“I’m currently taking part in a Chartered Management Institute course to develop my leadership skills and, following that, I’d like to explore other internally funded self-development avenues, like IT courses, to further my career.
“As is the nature of IT, my role can get very busy, but this means there is rarely a dull moment. Everybody runs into tech issues at some point, so I have the chance to put smiles on a lot of faces, which is priceless!
“I’m looking forward to becoming a well-rounded and proficient IT engineer, both technically and socially. This will mean I can be confident and proud of myself, while also having the skills to pass on to others, helping to create a better tech world!”
