There are two sides to our award-winning company: The Travel Franchise and Not Just Travel.

If you want to be your own boss and launch your own homeworking travel agency, you can invest in a travel franchise, train for five days and start booking holidays as a Not Just Travel agent. You’ll work alongside 550 other consultants, many of whom earn monthly commissions over £5k.

Thanks to our relationship with Hays Travel, our consultants have access to 450 travel suppliers and more than 45 key trade partners who give us exclusive offers.

In the past year, we’ve doubled in size in terms of recruitment and holiday sales, with industry heavyweights joining our management team. We’ve also launched a cruise division and a deals app with the aim of helping agents skyrocket their businesses.

Our success means we’ve hit the headlines and shot to the top of many leaderboards, including the top 10 of The UK’s Top 100 Franchise Report, where we are the only travel franchise listed in the league table.

Our support and mentorship enable people without travel experience to join us, and you don’t have to work full-time.

Some consultants work in their spare time, including Gemma Outram, who has made cruise bookings worth £1.2 million since joining in autumn 2022.

Not Just Travel’s rapid expansion means we are currently recruiting for 20 positions across our business development manager team, operations team, marketing team and our internal travel agent team.

Our salaries tend to be higher than average with perks and benefits as a full-time employee including everything from health insurance and a pension plan to a day off on your birthday, plus £500 to spend on training (not work-related). Most of us work from home but we have a great office overlooking Bournemouth airport.
