Why I love my job

“I used to be a solicitor, so my journey into travel may seem unexpected. However, it’s a story of passion that began 10 years ago when I left my legal career behind to pursue my love of adventure.

“I started out as a sales consultant and my travels took me to many amazing places that really captured my imagination. My path eventually led me to ITC, whose core vision and values deeply resonated with my own.

“After just 14 months as a travel specialist, I was honoured to become training manager for the group. This role allows me to nurture and empower teams across all our brands, aiding their development and growth.
