Intrepid Travel is a B Corp-certified small-group adventure travel company. We offer more than 1,150 trips across every continent, and each one is designed to give an authentic experience of the local culture and cater for every appetite for adventure.

Intrepid has been a world leader in responsible travel for more than 30 years, and our mission is to create positive change through the joy of travel.

Intrepid was the first global tour operator with verifiable science-based carbon emission reduction targets, and we incorporate community-based tourism into our trips. The Intrepid Foundation, our not-for-profit organisation, has raised more than £6.7 million for our partners around the world.

We also have our own network of destination management companies in 26 countries, which creates immersive experiences for leading travel brands, and provides local expertise and perspectives.

Our people reflect the diversity of our customers and thecommunities we visit. The team is made up of 58 nationalities across 45 countries, and we know that diversity makes us a stronger business.

Company benefits

Job roles range from operations and product development to marketing, sales and finance to HR and on-the-ground tour leaders. Most of our roles offer a hybrid working model, and people are encouraged to travel and can ‘work from anywhere’ in the world for up to four weeks per year.

Office-based staff are also encouraged to experience Intrepid with a free trip every year. As an additional bonus, when taking their free Intrepid trip, they’ll receive five additional days of paid leave to go with it. There is also a wealth of learning opportunities available through the business from e-learning to leadership courses, and more.

“I love the excitement that comes with my job as every day is different.
