We strive to create unforgettable, personalised travel experiences for our clients – and the best possible workplace for our people

ITC is the home of seven specialist brands, each of which delivers highly personalised, tailor-made travel experiences around the world.

Our portfolio delivers a diverse range of holidays, from luxury beach escapes and responsible wildlife itineraries to exciting live sport events and cultural small‑group tours.

And every holiday is complemented by our premium personal service.

We’re incredibly proud of the expertise, attention to detail and passion everyone in the ITC team shows. Whatever our role in the company is, we do whatever it takes to make our clients’ travel experiences truly exceptional.

Career options

We offer an array of exciting career opportunities across our brands. There are customer‑facing roles available in both sales and client services.

A successful, fast-paced travel business also relies upon its marketing, finance, administration and product teams, and ours are among the best in the industry.

Company benefits

We create the best workplace for our people. Whichever brand or team we work in, we’re united by our shared workplace values – we call it ‘the ITC way’ and it drives us to be the best we can be.

Career development is key for us, and we have a management development programme, company-wide learning and apprenticeship schemes.

The importance of the ITC family is also reflected in our enhanced employee benefits package. This includes benefits for family and friends, competitive holiday allowance and company-wide events both in the UK and abroad.

We also have hybrid and flexible working policies to support a healthy work‑life balance.

Our love of travel is what drives us, so we regularly attend industry events and expand our knowledge through educational trips. These enable us to experience new countries, hotels and tours at first hand.

Why I love my job

“I used to be a solicitor, so my journey into travel may seem unexpected. However, it’s a story of passion that began 10 years ago when I left my legal career behind to pursue my love of adventure.

“I started out as a sales consultant and my travels took me to many amazing places that really captured my imagination. My path eventually led me to ITC, whose core vision and values deeply resonated with my own.

“After just 14 months as a travel specialist, I was honoured to become training manager for the group. This role allows me to nurture and empower teams across all our brands, aiding their development and growth.

“The sense of accomplishment and fulfilment I get from helping others flourish in their careers is immeasurable.

“I wake up excited to work with like-minded teams who share my enthusiasm for travel. It’s like working with your closest friends – there is a strong sense of togetherness in how we help each other to achieve great things, interspersed with a healthy amount of fun too!

“My advice is to follow your passion, as you genuinely can find a role that doesn’t feel like work at all.”
