Your business will be up and running at the end of your 10-day induction, but your training and development don’t stop there. You’ll continue learning while you build up your business with our six-month onboarding programme, and benefit from further opportunities to increase your product and destination knowledge.
From supplier-led takeover days and a packed calendar of fam trips around the world, to industry events for networking and training pathways that allow you to specialise in the area of travel you’re most passionate about, there’s plenty to get involved with.

- There’s always someone I can lean on for support. Whether it’s another Travel Counsellor through one of the WhatsApp groups, a check-in with my mentor or the 24/7 team at head office, I’m never alone.
- There are endless opportunities to increase my travel knowledge. I join as many events as I can and have completed courses such as the 12-week Set Sail cruise training programme. Our online training platform, Discover, is great, and I’ve been fortunate enough to attend multiple fam trips recently, including a river cruise and a Sri Lankan adventure.
- I’ve launched a business that works around me and my priorities in life, without having difficult targets to meet. Becoming a Travel Counsellor has also really helped to boost my confidence.
