Over the past 54 years, we have built a reputation for helping our clients plan their dream trips and this is entirely down to the knowledge and dedication of our people. We have a wide range of flights, tours, hotels, cruises and more across the globe, from budget to luxury, offering something for everyone.

We remain privately owned with a staff of more than 1,100 in 45 travel centres throughout the UK and Ireland. Our consultants combined have travelled to 96% of the world’s countries, and we have made travel arrangements for more than 16 million clients.

CAREER OPTIONS

We regularly recruit for travel consultants who look after our clients on the phone and face to face, building strong relationships to plan, advise on and sell bespoke travel itineraries. At our head office in London, we also have sales support roles working in customer service and administration.

No prior travel industry experience or qualifications are required, because full training is provided. We are committed to staff development and genuine career prospects, with all of our specialist, senior and head office roles filled from within.

COMPANY CULTURE

At Trailfinders, you will be working with like-minded individuals who are passionate about what they do.

With some of the industry’s best remuneration packages, a policy of in-house promotion and excellent travel perks, we are confident that we offer the best opportunities on the market. We also try to give back: Trailfinders has donated £91 million to charities for medical research, military veterans, education and community projects. In partnership with the Woodland Trust, we planted 915,000 trees as part of our aim to remove 250,000 tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere.

3 of the best things about my job

Elias Kusenuh
Product pricing assistant

  • I had a wealth of customer service experience from previous roles, but always had a desire to work in the travel industry. With no prior experience or qualifications, this is where Trailfinders came in with its great reputation and the fact that full training is provided.
  • I have really enjoyed learning about the industry and being trained on the systems. In a short space of time, I was able to book flights, handle complex flight queries from clients and support sales staff with flight quotes. It’s been very rewarding so far and I am continuing to learn and grow.
  • The company only promotes from within, so in less than a year I applied for an opportunity in the product department. I find it so satisfying knowing my work has an impact on the products we offer our clients. The team I work with is exceptional, consistently offering unwavering support, and I also love the opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
