Launched by a brilliant entrepreneur in 1998, it was the first online travel agency for ski holidays. Now, specialising in selling cruise and ski holidays to UK holidaymakers, Iglu never stops innovating.

With more than 380 staff, we have offices in Wimbledon and Portsmouth, plus many of our team also work from home. We’re proud to be Europe’s leading cruise and ski travel agency, recently crowned Cruise Agency of the Year in the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards.

  • I began my career at Iglu five years ago as a customer care representative and I’ve never regretted my decision to join the company. Helping customers to plan their dream holidays down to the smallest details has been rewarding and educational.
  • I recently decided I wanted to explore a new role that would allow me to apply my social and creative skills alongside what I had learnt already. Iglu supported my transition to a new department, leading me to my current position as junior partnership executive. In this role, I connect our cruise partners with our team by organising engagement days, ship experiences and other social events – all the fun stuff!
  • Iglu has given me a sense of stability and a supportive team that makes me feel valued and motivated to do my best. I’ve met wonderful people, learnt about cruise and grown immensely, both personally and professionally. The best part is that we’re not stopping here – we always aim for the stars!
