This summer we opened our brand-new office in Luton – a vibrant and flexible environment that encourages collaboration and creativity. The new office reflects our commitment to employee happiness and productivity, fostering a culture of collaboration while respecting the need for individual focus and privacy.
We strive to create a sense of belonging, supporting overall employee engagement and wellbeing. Our six colleague networks are centred around three core principles: connect, educate and inspire. We also lead discussions and events around moments that matter, from menopause awareness to mental health. As we approach our fifth year and with the help of our people, we can’t wait to see what we can achieve next.

- I love my job as a digital product owner at easyJet holidays because I’m inspiring our customers with innovative digital content and enhancing digital experiences to provide a one-of-a-kind booking journey. I’m proud to work for a business that promotes autonomy, and gives me a platform to share my own thoughts and opinions in a creative space, and to pitch my ideas for future development.
