At easyJet holidays, become part of an ambitious team sharing its passion for travel with the world

EasyJet holidays, which launched in 2019, is the UK’s fastest-growing tour operator, offering great value beach and city breaks to more than 8,000 handpicked hotels in 100-plus destinations across Europe and North Africa. Named one of the Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work for three consecutive years, we’re driven by the ambition to become Europe’s most loved holiday company – and it’s our remarkable team that makes this possible.

CAREER OPTIONS

As we continue to grow, we have exciting plans to further invest in the development of our people. Whether you’re looking for your first marketing role and want to help tell our story to the public, or see yourself within our technology team – developing data-led solutions to support our customers throughout their holiday journey with us – we have roles to suit many different professional skills.

We recently launched a graduate development programme, Destinations. This programme runs for up to two-and-a-half years, with graduates rotating through various areas of the business. They get the chance to complete strategic business assignments in our customer and operations, commercial and digital sectors. On completion of the programme, successful graduates are offered a permanent role to grow their career with us. If you’re considering a career in travel, we encourage you to apply. Applications for next year’s programme will open in December 2025.

COMPANY CULTURE

In June 2024, we opened a new office in Luton – it’s a vibrant, flexible work environment that encourages collaboration and creativity. The new office reflects our commitment to employee happiness and productivity, fostering a culture of collaboration while respecting the need for individual focus and privacy.

At easyJet, we also strive to create a sense of belonging, supporting overall employee engagement and wellbeing. Our seven colleague networks are centred on three core principles: to connect, educate and inspire. We also lead discussions and events around ā€˜moments that matter’, from menopause awareness to mental health.

As we approach our sixth year, with the help of our people we can’t wait to see what we can achieve next.

3 of the best things about my job

Ellie Thorn
Regional operations executive

  • Every day is different at easyJet – whether I’m supporting colleagues with training or dealing with unexpected challenges. I never quite know what the day will bring – and that variety makes the job so rewarding.
  • I’m lucky to work closely with our partners across the network, building strong relationships with them, along with our regional managers. Together, we focus on making sure every detail is in place to give our customers the best possible holiday experience.
  • I’m part of a team of people who have lived all over the world and are true experts on their regions. Working with them has helped me to understand our range of destinations on a deeper level and appreciate what makes each one unique.
